This mobile Case Log Application was developed in conjunction with Purely Interactive of Kingston, ON, using MySQL, Php, CSS3, HTML5 and JQuery.
The purpose of the application is to allow medical professionals across the country to quickly and easily log case information on patients they are visiting using their mobile devices. Administrators are able to generate reports based on the data gathered.
