Mark Uygur


Mark has over 15 years of experience providing professional services to public sector agencies, private companies, labour unions, special interest groups, non-governmental organizations and multi-lateral agencies. He has worked on assignments for the United Nations, the RCMP, Unifor (Canada’s largest private sector union), the Business Council of Canada, the Commonwealth Secretariat, the Canadian Museum of Nature, Justice Canada, the government of Macedonia, the Alberta Solicitor General and the Elite Performance Academy.

In addition, he spent three years as a software developer in the Optical Loadbuild research and development unit at Nortel Networks.

Mark’s work experience has allowed him to develop strong skills in data analysis, predictive modeling, information management, business intelligence, information systems design and database development.

He has travelled widely, undertaking missions to Austria, Bhutan, Belgium, Egypt, Jordan, Hungary, Kenya, South Africa, Panama, Switzerland, Thailand, the USA, the UAE, the UK for his work assignments.

Mark has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
